Märkische Schraubenfabrik is a family-owned precision machining company. For over 90 years we have manufactured turned and milled parts for customers across Europe, from prototypes to large series.
What we manufacture
CNC Turning
Swiss-type turning Ø 3 bis 32 mm and chucking up to Ø 65 mm, part lengths up to 3,000 mm. All lathes run with automatic bar feeders for uninterrupted series production.
CNC Milling
Up to 5-axis simultaneous machining, parts up to 1,000 × 1,000 × 600 mm. Robotic cells (Fehlmann Picomax 75 + FMB UNI-Robot, IXION BT30FST) enable lights-out manufacturing.
Metrology & QA
ISO 9001 certified. Keyence 3D and profile projectors for contactless measurement, 100% inspection with full documentation for safety-critical parts.
Laser Marking
Ultra-short-pulse laser engraving suitable for medical devices (UDI), plus dot-peen marking for heavy-duty components.
Assembly & Finishing
Sub-assembly, functional testing, surface treatment (anodizing, plating, hardening) and packaging, ready-to-install parts from a single source.
Materials
Aluminium, stainless steel, steel, titanium, brass, copper and engineering plastics such as PEEK and PTFE. Tolerances down to ±0.002 mm, surfaces to Ra 0.8 µm.
